Women Of the World (WOW) Life Design

WOW Coaching is about freedom, courage and spirit.

Freedom:

Be set free to live a life that feels satisfying, peaceful and joyful.

Caveat from the start…that does NOT mean the tough stuff is passing you by…au contraire. Life will turn each one of us upside down at some point. I have discovered we can find our place of peace within the chaos.

The life that feels satisfying, peaceful and joyful begins at the beginning of your creation. It requires us to live in sync with our design. We are barraged with thoughts, cultural expectations, emotional handicaps that become roadblocks to our freedom. Coaching is an opportunity to break through the roadblocks that hinder your freedom.

Freedom means being free to be YOU.

I have learned….

Freedom comes when you move forward (requires courage) instead of shrinking back in fear.

Courage: to live the life you’re designed to live!

Returning to the roots of your design isn’t a piece of cake! There will be days it feels like you are trekking up the highest mountain and the crest is out of sight…the difference is that the hard work will be the right hard work because you’ll be working in harmony with your design. Courage is saying NO to fear and yes to your future.

So where’s the courage coming from? By jumpin’ into the deep waters inside you! Call it what you will, your Spirit, Soul, Divine Spark, one of my fav MB Master Coaches calls it her Inner Badass.

Frankly speaking…

Before we were physical beings we were spiritual beings.

Ancient scriptures says…we were “known” as our physical being was being knit together in your mother’s womb. Can I get a WOW? There is so much more to this world we live and breathe in beyond what we see with our naked eyes. Imagine if you allow that one truth to seep into every corner of your life! Before you breathed one breath of air on planet EARTH…you were known. Not housed in your earthly high flyin’ fashions but the deep stuff that makes you, YOU….that inner light.

Spirit:

Your spirit knows your true identity…it has been with you since the beginning of time. It gives birth to your dreams, indicates your passions, it’s what makes you smile and cry, lights up your eyes, turns you on, it’s the combination of your gifts and talents and most importantly it’s the voice within.

In the coaching process you will connect to your spirit and learn how to nourish and trust it as your most faithful companion and guide.
