Pepper Me with Mint

Chewing gum is so yesterday!   It’s time to shine a brighter light on peppermint.

The bennies of peppermint are vast.

World peace take notice.

Peppermint encourages emotional tolerance.  Imagine if peppermint massages were part ritual in peace negotiations.

Time to sprinkle the planet with peppermint oil!

Clearly traditional conflict resolution has not  been effective.

When you feel like staking your claim in the dirt of emotional turmoil, instead,  rub peppermint oil combined with a carrier oil (almond, coconut, olive) on your palms, wrists, heart chakra or nape of your neck instead.

Take a few deep breaths and let me know if that shifts the stubborn streak.

Peppermint says, “wake up, stand at attention and get movin’ to your central nervous system.

Peppermint enhances concentration and performance.

Peppermint is an effective way to deal with mid-afternoon fatigue.

Peppermint  soothes an angry over-stuffed tummy fed disagreeable foods.

One tiny droplet of peppermint = twenty-eight cups of peppermint tea.   I think I’ll add a droplet of peppermint to my water bottle instead!

Get this, peppermint calms…well, flatulence.  One tiny droplet in your water and  irritable bowels be still.

Peppermint oil combined with lavender and sweet almond oil is a balm for aching, tired feet and a wonderful gift before slumber and sweet dreams.

So,

Will you
